Many Bad Business Ideas Part 5: Conclusion
Date Posted: October 20th, 2010
In the first post of this series I wrote about how good ideas don’t come out of nowhere. If your first business idea doesn’t pan out that doesn’t make you a failure. If your second one doesn’t work that doesn’t mean you have to resign yourself to spending the rest of your life working for someone else. Learn from your mistakes. Try again. Eventually you’ll find something that works. Assuming Dragon Dormant succeeds, it’s success will largely be because I tried all those other ideas and now have a better idea of what does and doesn’t work for me.
I’ve spent the last few days attempting to write the “What I’d do Differently” post, and it ended up being both way too long and way too short. Too long in that the post was getting to be 2000+ words and too short in that each section wasn’t well developed. So, I’m turning it into a new series: How to Find Your Right Business Idea and Not Hate the Process or What I’d Tell My 21-year-old Self. The first post in that four part series will be up tomorrow. This time I’m not going include the series name in the title since, well, the name is kinda long…
Hope you enjoyed the Many Bad Business ideas series.
