I can appreciate all of these suggestions. The ones that resonated most with me were buying used stuff, bicycling and using the library. Upon returning to the States after having spent six months in India, I was overwhelmed with all the "stuff" we have in the U.S. Buying used things and worrying less about image and brand names sure does make life a lot less stressful. I love riding my bike as well. In fact, I'm going out for a ride in about an hour. Lastly, the community library is just two blocks away from where I live in Boston. Thanks for the wonderful reminders on how to live more consciously.

Hi Monique,

I live in an area where I can walk almost everywhere. Rain is really the only thing that keeps me from walking to the grocery store. I like that it saves money, is healthy, and it's good for the environment.
